
Even if our society seems to propagate it: the process of ageing is not a disease but a natural process which concerns all of us. Our hereditary factors and especially our circumstances and our life-style are decisive indicators which determine our biological age and the tempo of our process of ageing. We cannot change our genes – but we can contribute much or get help to stay healthy, vital and full of joie de vivre after many years of life.
In other words: the human being must learn to handle himself properly, just like he learns to handle his car or his family so that nothing is ruined! Some people have problems with their puberty, others with their professional and private rhythm of life.
